+When USB drive failed, I have to open the original case to access drive internals. However opening the factory sealed case made it unusable. So after fixing the drive I had to make a new enclosure for it.
+The new enclosure was designed with [[http://www.solidworks.com/|Solidworks]], converted into STL format and printed with [[http://www.verbatim.com/prod/3D-printing/PLA%20Filament%201.75mm/verbatim-pla-filament-1.75mm-green-sku-55254/|Verbatim green PLA]] on [[3d_printing:rigidbot|Rigidbot]] 3D printer. It took two iterations to fit enclosure properly to the drive. The final design photo is below.
